This is an excellent alternative for those who aren’t interested in going to group or 1 on 1 classes but are interested in knowing all the ins and outs that Joey has to offer.
The program includes:
• Training program and nutrition guide
• Full education on weight loss, fat-loss, toning up and or muscle building
• Any questions answered and on-going support provided by Joey
The program first begins with a phone call with Joey to begin the educating process, concluding the phone call the remaining information is conveyed through pre-recorded videos.
